基质金属蛋白酶-2和层粘连蛋白受体表达与胃癌生物学行为的关系

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和层粘连蛋白受体(laminin receptor,laminin-R)在胃癌中的表达与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化EnvisionTM法检测82例胃腺癌组织中MMP-2和laminin-R的表达情况,分析其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。结果 MMP-2和laminin-R在胃癌中的阳性表达率分别为62.2%和52.44%;MMP-2和laminin-R与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤发病部位、肿瘤大小和分级均不相关(P0.05);MMP-2蛋白表达与浸润深度、TNM分期相关(P0.01,P0.01);laminin-R表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关(P0.01,P0.05,P0.01);MMP-2和laminin-R在胃癌中表达呈正相关关系(r=0.72)。结论胃癌组织中MMP-2与laminin-R表达参与胃癌的侵袭和淋巴结转移。

Matrix metalloproteinase-2 and laminin receptor in association with biological behavior of gastric carcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of MMP-2,laminin receptor and the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.Methods The expressions of MMP-2 and laminin receptor in 82 cases of gastric cancer were detected by EnvisionTM method.Results The positive rates of MMP-2 and laminin receptor in gastric cancer was 62.2% and 52.44% respectively.Patients＇ age,gender,tumor location,size and grade were not related to the expression of MMP-2 and laminin receptor（P 0.05）.The expression of MMP-2 was significantly related to depth of invasion（P 0.01） and TNM staging（P 0.01）.The expression of laminin receptor was significantly related to depth of invasion（P 0.01）,lymph node metastasis（P 0.05） and TNM staging（P 0.01）.The expression of MMP-2 and laminin receptor in gastric cancer was positive correlated（r = 0.72）.Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and laminin receptor in gastric tissues is involved in the invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
