CT引导臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出（附2500例报告）

目的：探讨臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出临床应用价值。方法：2500例腰椎间盘突出患者在CT引导下，根据病变分型及特殊解剖位置，采用侧后方入路或正后方入路，利用日本产19～21GPTE穿刺针，穿刺至病变椎间盘或突出物内，注入适量臭氧，再行CT扫描，观察髓核消融状况。结果：总有效率92．1％。术前VAS评分为6．7±1．6，术后1周平均为3．6±2，术后3月平均为4．1±2。髓核融解术前与术后1周和3个月VAS评分有统计学意义（P〈0．05），术后1周与3个月差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效显著、微创、安全、简单，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Under the CT guidance ozone ablation treatment for lumbar vertebral disc herniation: report of 2500 cases

Objective：To discussion the clinical praetive value of the ozone ablation treatment for lumbar vertebrael disc herniation. Methods：2500 patients with lumbar hemiation with CT guiding, according to the type and the special dissection position, uses the side admission passage or the rear are admission passage,using the 19 - 21G PIE injection made in Japan and in puncture pathological interverebral disc, injection ozon. Again cr scanning to observation nucleus pulposus ablation condition. Results：The total effective rate was 92.1%. The befor operation of VAS was 6.7 ± 1.6. The VAS was 3.6 ± 2 one week after operation. The VAS was 4.1±2 three months after operation. The assess of VAS was statistically difperence in befor operation with one week and three months after operation （ P 〈 0.05）. The assess of VAS was no statistically difference in one week and three months after operation （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion：The ozne ablation treatment lumbar vertebral disc herniation curative effect remarkable, microinvsive, safe, simple and with the good clinical practice value.
