| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术后黄疸的原因及诊治、预防。方法对本院1999年1月至2009年6月进行1400例LC术回顾性总结。结果1400例LC术后发生黄疸19例，其中胆总管残留结石9例，缩窄性十二指肠乳头炎2例，胆道蛔虫1例，胆管损伤5例，肝功能损伤2例。结论LC术后黄疸很大一部分是可以避免的，且可以治愈的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective After laparoscopic cholecystectomy to explore the causes of jaundice, diagnosis and treatment, prevention. Methods In our hospital from January 1999 to June 2009,1400 cases of LC patients wrere analysed retrospectively. Results 1400 cases after LC, I9 cases of jaundice occurred, of which nine ca-ses of residual stones of common bile duct, narrowing of two cases of duodenal papillitis, biliary 1 cases, 5 cases of bile duct injury, two cases of liver injury. Conclusion After LC, a large part of jaundice can be avoided, and can be healed. |
