超声在卵巢纤维瘤诊断中的应用

目的探讨超声在卵巢纤维瘤诊断中的应用。方法回顾分析35例经手术、病理证实的卵巢纤维瘤的声像图特征及血流情况。结果肿块超声检出率及定位正确率为100％,定性总符合率为92．1％(35／38)。结论卵巢纤维瘤的表现多较典型,诊断符合率高,但少数与其余肿瘤之间也可互相交叉,需综合分析,以提高诊断符合率。

Application of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ovarian fibromas

Objective To evaluate the values of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ovarian fibromas. Methods Ultrasonography findings of ovarian fibroma were reviewed in 35 cases which were confirmed surgically and pathologically. Results The detection rate of ovarian fibromas by ultrasonography was was 100%, and the accuracy was 92.1%(35/38). Conclusion Ovarian fibromas usually have typical findings on ultrasonography, and its diagnostic rate is high. However, there is still overlaps with other ovarian tumors.It is necessary to combine the clinical data with ultrasonographic findings to increase the diagnostic accuracy.
