| 摘 要： | 本文报告腹股沟疝６００例，其中有４３例是阑尾切除术后所发生。文中指出阑尾切除术后易发生右侧腹股沟疝，是由于术中损伤了髂腹下和髂腹股沟神经或其细小分支。４３例行疝修补术，其中２例术后复发，再次行疝成形术。预防阑尾切除术后腹股沟疝发生的关键是避免损伤髂腹下和髂腹股沟神经或其细小分支。

| Abstract: | he article reviewed 600 cases of inguinal hernia , 43 cases had a history
ofprecedent appendectomy. Among these 43 cases ,there were 37 indirect hernias ,4direct
hernias and 2 direct hernias of both sides. In 37 cases ,the hernia occurredin the right side ,4
cases in the left side and 2 bilaterally. The ratio of right to leftwas 9. 25: 1. In those hernias
without a history of appendectomy, the ratio ofright to left was 2. 3 : 1. Statistic significance
indicated that appendectomy playeda role in the etiology of inguinal hernia. The arthors
discussed the postulatedmechanism and the preventive measures during appendectomy. |
