摘    要:目的:建立新鱼腥草素钠中2种有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法:用大口径毛细管柱气相色谱法,以外标法计算残留溶剂的含量。结果:乙醇、甲苯两种有机溶剂均完全分离,线性范围分别为0.02501-0.12505μg/ml(r=0.9993)、0.00445~0.02225μg/ml(r=0.9996);平均回收率分别为99.2%、98.9%、99.5%、102.1%、101.3%;RSD分别为2.O%、1.9%、1.5%、2.5%、1.2%(n=5)。结论:所建方法灵敏、准确,可用于新鱼腥草素钠中两种残留溶剂的同时测定。

DETERMINATION OF TWO RESIDUAL ORGANIC SOLVENTS IN SODIUM NEW HOUTTUYFONATE BY CAPILLARY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determining 2 residual organic solvents in sodium new Houttuyfonate. Methods:The external standard capillary GC method was applied. Results:Two organic solvents ethanol and toluene were completely separated; linear range of 0.02501-0.12505μg/ml (r=0.9993), 0.00445- 0.02225 μg/ml(r= 0.9996), and the average recovery were 99.2%, 98.9%, 99.5%, 102.1%, 101.3%, with the RSD of 2.0%, 1.9%, 1.5%, 2.5%, 1.2%(n=5), respectively. Conclusion :The method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of the two residual solvents in new Houttuyfonate sodium.
