脑血疏通对实验性血管性痴呆大鼠脑内P53mRNA和HSP70mRNA表达的影响

摘    要:
用左心室注射石蜡油造成多发性梗塞的动物模型,采用组织原位要交技术及生物医学图像分析技术,测定了VaD大鼠脑内P53mRNA、HSH70mRNA的表达水平,结果显示脑血疏通可通过减弱P53mRNA的表达,促进HSP70mRNA表达,起到加速修复,保护脑缺血元的作用。

Abstract:
The in situ hybridization and biomedical image pattern analysis were applied in this experiment to examine P53 mRNA and HSP70 mRNA expression level in vascular dementia (VaD)of brain tissue in rats with MID produced by injecting paraffin oil to left ventricle.The result showed that Naoxie Shutong oral liquid(NXST)can improve the expression of HSP70 mRNA by diminishing the expression of P53 mRNA,leading to accelerating recovery and protecting the ischemic neuron of brain tissue.
