| 摘 要： | Toll样受体4(TLR4)基因多态性与急性肺损伤原发病因免疫应答的启动及炎症反应程度有关,TLR4所介导生成的炎症介质是急性肺损伤炎症反应的分子基础.深入研究,ITLR4为代表的先天免疫与急性肺损伤炎症反应的关系将为揭示急性肺损伤的病理生理机制提供新的思路和手段. |

| Abstract: | Gene Polymorphism of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)is associated with inflammation and immunoreactions initiated by primary pathogen in acute lung inury.Inflammation mediators mediated by TLR4 are molecular basis of inflammation in acute lung inury.To investigate the association of TLR4 to represent innate immune and inflammation with acute lung injury may be a new method to reveal acute lung injury pathogenesis. |
