青少年卵巢恶性肿瘤临床特点及预后分析

目的：了解青少年卵巢恶性肿瘤临床特点及预后的关系。方法：收集本院１９８５年～１９９４年间治疗的２０岁以下青少年卵巢恶性肿瘤２８例,并作了５年的跟踪随访。结果：本组青少年卵巢恶性肿瘤中生殖细胞肿瘤２４例（８５．７１％）,上皮性肿瘤３例（１０．７１％）,性索间质肿瘤１例（３．５７％）。１０例采用保留生育功能手术,其中３例治疗后正常分娩,６例采用卵巢癌根治术,１０例采用肿瘤细胞减灭术,５年生存率分别为６

Analysis of the clinical characteristics and prognosis ofyoung people malignant ovarian neoplasm

Objective:To learn about the relationship between clinical characteristics and prognosis of young people ovarian carcinoma.Methods:28 cases of young people ovarian carcinoma who were less than 20_years old from 1985 to 1994 were collected in this study,and 5_year follow-up was done.Results:There were 24 cases of malignant germ cell neoplasm (85.71%),3 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma (10.71%),only one case of sex cord stromal tumor(3.57%).All patients underwent operation and chemotherapy.Main operation types were preserving pregnancy ability (10 cases,of wihich 3 had normal term labor after operation),radical operation(6 cases),and tumor volume recessive operation(10 cases).Their 5-year survival rates were 60%,50%,0% respectively.24 patients underwent abjuvant chemotherapy.6 patients had VAC regimen and 18 patients received BEP/BVP regimen.Their 5-year survival rates were 16.67% and 50% respectively.Conclusion:We should try our best to preserve the pregnancy ability of young people with ovarian carcinoma in the operation.As for malignant germ cell neoplasm,6 courses of BEP/BVP chemotherapy after operation is necessary for good prognosis.
