肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤16例临床病理分析

目的：对１６例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤进行临床病理分析。方法：搜集临床和病理资料对共临床表现、病理组织学特征、预后等进行分析。结果：肾血管平滑肌脂脑瘤主要由血管、平岂、脂肪及纤维构成，脂肪为完全成熟的脂肪细胞构成。随访１２例中，有９全害，存活期超过５年者６例，１例存活２３年。结论：肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤属良性肿瘤，不转移亦不复发，手术后预后良好。

The clinical and pathological analysis of 16 cases with renal hamartoma

To analyse the clinical and patholgical characteristics of 16 patients who suffered from renal hamartoma.Methods:All surgical samples were fixed by 10% formaldehyde and the paraffin sections were viewed under microscope after HE staining.The clinical and histopathological features and prognosis were studied.Results:Hamartoma of the kidney is composed of blood vessel,smooth muscle,fat and fibrous tissues.The smooth muscle is fully differentiated and fasciculated around the blood vessel.The fat tissue is composed of adult fat cells.Among 12 cases being followed up,9 were alive,6 survived 5 years and 1 survived 23 years.Conclusion:Hamartoma of the kidney is a non metastatic benign tumor having good prognosis after operation.
