参麦注射液治疗儿童膈肌疲劳的疗效观察

目的 :探讨临床使用参麦注射液对儿童膈肌疲劳的疗效。方法 :35例具有呼吸衰竭及膈肌疲劳的儿童住院患者 ,随机分为参麦注射液组 ( A组 )和对照组 ( B组 )。 B组采用抗感染、吸氧和静脉营养等综合治疗 ;A组在 B组治疗基础上加用参麦注射液静脉推注。运用电阻抗呼吸图作为疗效标准 ,观察药物使用后 30 min有效例数、膈肌疲劳消失所需的时间及治疗前后动脉血气的变化。结果 :30 min内 ,A组有效例数明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;两种治疗方法均能提高血 p H,降低 Pa-CO2 。在降低 Pa CO2 时 ,A组同 B组比较具有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。另外 ,A组患儿膈肌疲劳消失所需时间比 B组患儿短 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :参麦注射液是一种有效的治疗儿童膈肌疲劳的药物 ,且副作用小 ,值得临床推广。

Therapeutic Efficacy Observation of Shen-Mai Injection in Treating Children''''s Diaphragm Fatigue

Objective: To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Shen Mai injection in treating children's diaphragm fatigue. Methods: 35 diaphragm fatigue cases with respiration failure were divided at random into 2 groups: Shen Mai group and control. Shen Mai group cases received Shen Mai injection together with routine therapy including oxygen, antibiotics and nutrition support while the cases in the control only got the routine therapy. Spirogram was used to detect the effective cases, diaphragm fatigue disappearance cases. Blood pH was made before and after the treatment. Result: With 30 minutes, Shen Mai group cases had better recovery than those in the control ( P <0.01). Both therapies could raise blood pH, reduce PaCO 2. Significant difference was observed in lowering PaCO 2 in the 2 groups( P <0.05). Besides diaphragm fatigue disappearance time was shorter in the Shen Maigroup than in the control( P <0.01). Conclusion: Shen Mai was effective in treating children's diaphragm fatigue with fewer side effects.
