区域动脉灌注健择及5-Fu对胰腺癌术后复发及预后的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨胰腺癌术后区域动脉灌注健择及 5 Fu对其复发及预后的影响。方法 对 17例胰腺癌病人术后行预防性区域动脉灌注健择及 5 Fu ,每 4周一次 ,观察病人的疗效 (治疗组 )。并与 2 3例单纯手术切除患者的生存及复发时间作对比 (观察组 )。结果 治疗组 1,2 ,3年生存率为 88 2 % ,70 6% ,5 8 8%。而 1,2 ,3年复发率为 (包括肝脏及骨转移 ) 17 7% ,2 9 4% ,47 1%。单纯手术组的 1,2 ,3年生存率为 65 2 % ,47 8% ,2 1 7%。 1,2 ,3年复发率为 2 1 7% ,60 9% ,69 6%。 3年生存率及复发率相比差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 胰腺癌术后辅以区域动脉灌注健择及 5 Fu可能是改善预后提高生存率的有效手段。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of transarterial infusion chemotherapy of Gemcitabine and 5-Fluorouracil in postoperative pancreatic carcinoma. Methods 17 patients with postoperative pancreatic carcinoma were treated with transarterial infusion chemotherapy of Gemcitabine and 5-Fluorouracil via an interarterial catheter.Results The treatment goup 1-,2-.and 3-year survival rates were 88.2 %, 70,6 %, 58.8 % and the 1-,2-.and 3-year recurrenced rates were 17.7 % ,29.4 % 47.1 %, the other group 1-,2-,and 3-year survival rates were 65.2 % , 47.8 %,21.7 %, the 1-,2-,and 3-year recurrenced were 21.7 %,60.9 %,69.6 %. The differences between the 2 groups of patients were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Transarterial infusion chemotherapy with a combination of Gemcitabine and 5-fluorouracil may prolong the survival time of patients with postoperative pancreatic carcinoma.
