| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下的Mammotome旋切系统在乳腺良性疾病治疗中的应用价值. 方法回顾性分析2001年10月～2002年10月61例临床诊断为乳腺良性病灶,在超声引导下经Mammotome旋切治疗后的疗效.结果51例为乳腺纤维腺瘤,10例为乳腺腺病.手术时间(20.6±4.1)min.无一例操作失败.61例随访,近期(1个月)随访除3例有轻度皮下淤血外,无感染、乳房变形等并发症;远期(2年)随访仅2例复发,切口瘢痕均不明显,较好地保持了原有的乳房外形.结论Mammotome旋切手术治疗乳腺良性疾病切除完整,创伤小,复发低,较好地保持了原有的乳房外形,临床效果可靠.
