开窍药药性与物质基础及其效应的关联探微

目的:探讨芳香开窍类中药药性与物质基础及其药理作用之间的关联性。方法:采用文献研究分析方法,结合化学成分和药理研究成果探讨芳香开窍类中药的性、味、归经与功效。结果:该类药所含挥发性成分对中枢神经系统、循环系统、血-脑脊液屏障等产生明显影响,表明芳香开窍类中药的醒神回苏功效是通过其所含挥发性成分产生的综合药理效应实现的,并表达药性系统。结论:芳香开窍类中药药性与其物质基础及其药理作用之间存在关联性。

Studies on the correlation between the properties and material bases and actions of drugs for inducing resuscitation YAO

Objective:To studies on the correlation between medicinal properties,their material bases and pharmacologic actions of drugs for inducing resuscitation.Methods: By means of referring to literature statistics,to analyze the property,flavor,meridian tropism,action and clinical application,together with their chemical ingredients and pharmacology of drugs for inducing resuscitation.Results:The volatile compositions of drugs for inducing resuscitation have markedly effects on central nervous system,circulation system and blood-brain barrier etc,which indicates that the effect of orifice opening and resuscitation inducing is taken by the comprehensive pharmacologic action of volatile compositions,which can also express the medicinal properties system.Conclusion: Medicinal properties was positively related with their material bases and pharmacologic actions of drugs for inducing resuscitation.
