摘    要:
目的:探讨以团队为基础(TBL)的教学法在护理学基础实验教学中的应用效果。方法:将两个班级分为实验组和对照组,分别采用传统的教学方式和TBL教学法进行教学,以课堂教学质量和期末成绩作为评价标准。结果:两个班级的期末操作考试成绩差异有统计学意义(U=1.98,P〈0.01)。结论:TBL教学法具有灵活性和时代发展性,符合护理学科发展的需要,可提高学生的学习兴趣,增强学生的创新意识和解决问题、分析问题及实践能力,增强学生之间的团队精神和责任感。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the results of TBL in teaching of basic nursing experiment.Methods:Two classes were employed as control and experimental group.In the control group,the students were taught with the traditional teaching methods.In the experimental group,the students were taught with TBL.The quality of instruction and the students' performance of study were regarded as an evaluation criterion of the quality of teaching.Results:There was a statistically significant difference between two groups(U=1.98,P0.01).Conclusion:TBL teaching method has the flexibility.It is in accordance with the needs of the development of nursing science.It can improve the learning interest of the students,strengthening students awareness of innovation and problem-solving,analytical ability and practical ability and promote the team spirit among students and their sense of responsibility.
