摘    要:目的 了解低年资护士的工作压力和主观幸福感现状及其影响因素.方法 采用中国护士工作压力源量表和Campbell主观幸福感量表,对南充市某三级甲等综合医院290名在职低年资护士进行问卷调查.结果 低年资护士的工作压力较大,主观幸福感较低.其工作专业、工作量与时间、患者护理、管理人际、压力总分与主观幸福感总分呈负相关(P<0.01).结论 减轻低年资护士工作压力源,可提高其总体幸福感.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of working pressure and subjective well-being among junior nurses.Methods Totally 290 junior nurses in an upper first-class hospital in Nanchong were investigated by the Chinese Nurse Stressor Scale(CNSS) and Campbell Index of Well-Being Scale.Results The total score of CNSS among 290 junior nurses was 2.81±0.54,and the index of subjective well-being was 8.01±1.76.The working profession,working load and time,patient care,managing interpersonal relationship and stress score had significantly negative correlations with the index of subjective well-being(P0.01).Conclusions The junior nurses have higher wording pressure and lower subjective well-being.Reducing junior nurses'working pressure can improve their overall well-being.
