高温粉尘环境作业人员上颌窦影像学改变的探讨

目的：探讨厂矿企业职工在高温粉尘作业环境下,上颌窦病变发生率与在正常环境下的区别,同时制定合理有效的防护措施,保护高温粉尘作业工作者的身心健康。方法：将高温粉尘工作人员按照工龄分为3组,同时随机抽取224名非高温作业的机关工作人员作为对照,均进行一次上颌窦CT影像检查,通过比较,观察上颌窦病变发生情况。结果：经过对两类不同人员上颌窦的诊断研究,发现从事高温粉尘作业人员上颌窦病变（上颌窦炎、上颌窦息肉及上颌窦囊肿）发生率明显高于机关工作人员。结论：环境温度及粉尘对上颌窦的病变发生率有明显影响,且随着接触时间的延长而增加,并有一定规律可循,为进一步的探讨研究工作提供了重要的临床价值。

Investigation of imaging changes in sinus of workers in high temperature and dust

Objective： To investigate the difference incidence between high temperature and dust and normal conditions. Methods： The workers who were in high temperature and dust were divided into 3 groups radomly, Meanwhile, we, randomly selected 224 non high temperature workers as a control group. They all received CT examinations. Results： The incidence of maxillary sinusitis was significantly higher in the former 5 groups than in the other group. Conclusion： Temperature and dust have a significant effect on the incidence of maxillary sinus disease. Furthermore, it become worse and worse with time prolongation. This study provides is of important clinical value for further researches.
