| 摘 要： | 目的比较16排螺旋CT与320排容积CT对于颈动脉粥样硬化斑块检出率的差异。方法选取缺血性脑血管病患者48例,男性22例,女性26例,平均年龄(56±8)岁。经16排螺旋CTA检出颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的患者,进一步行320排容积CTA扫描,并与16排螺旋CTA的粥样硬化斑块检出率进行比较。结果 16排螺旋CT与320排容积CT对于颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的检出率无明显统计学差异。结论对于基层医院,建议使用16排螺旋CT检出颈动脉斑块,以利于临床诊断及治疗。

Comparison of the Detection Rate of Carotid Artery Therosclerosis Plaque by Means of 16-Director Spiral CT and 320-director Volume CT |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the detection rate of carotid artery therosclerosis plaque by means of 16-director spiral CT and 320- director volume CT.Methods 48 patients of ICVD, 22 males and 26 females, with average age of (56±8) years old, were chosen. The patients detected plaques by 16-director spiral CT scans were further performed 320-director volume CT scans, and we compared the detection rate between the two methods. Results The detection rate of carotid artery therosclerosis plaque between 16-director spiral CT scans and 320-director volume CT scans showed no significant difference. Conclusion We recommend utilizing 16-director spiral CT to detect carotid artery therosclerosis plaque for basic hospital, facilitating the clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
