| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨脑卒中后癫痫的临床特点 .[方法 ]对 75例脑卒中继发癫痫患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析 .[结果 ]患脑卒中后癫痫的发生率为 11 7% ,其中脑卒中急性期癫痫发作者占 68% ,恢复期癫痫发作者占 3 2 % ,脑卒中后癫痫的发生率与病灶部位 (皮质或皮质下 )有关 .[结论 ]脑卒中后发生癫痫的原因与病程和病变部位有关 ,在脑卒中急性期继发癫痫者的预后差 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical fea tu res of epilepsy after brain stroke.METHODSThe clinical data of 75 patients with secondary epilepsy was analysed retrospectively.RE SULTSThe incidence rate of epilepsy aft er brain stroke was 11 7%, in which 68% took place in acute stage and 32% in recovery stage. The incidence rate of epilepsy was correlated with the lesio n position and significant different between cortical and subcortical lesions. CONCLUSIONThe cause of secondary epilepsy is related with the position and course of stroke, and epileptics happened in the acute period of st roke would have bad prognosis. |
