| 摘 要： | 从中医药治疗非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）入手，探讨如何把握中医药在恶性肿瘤围手术期的介入时机，如何处理过度治疗以及针对老年晚期肿瘤患者治疗策略的选择等问题；同时，思考中医肿瘤证候客观化，中医药疗效评价标准化发展的现状并作了展望。

| Abstract: | Taking the example of TCM treatment of non small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC),the article discusses timing of TCM intervention during peri-operation of malignant tumor,handling of excessive treatment,treatment strategy for advanced cancer stage of the aged. Moreover,explore the status quo and prospect of objectification of the syndromes of malignant tumor and standardization of efficacy evaluation. |
