水浴和药浴对骨退行性关节炎疗效及其作用机制

目的研究水浴和药浴对骨退行性变关节炎的治疗效果及其作用机制。方法制作兔膝关节退行性变模型,用水浴和药浴方法对其进行治疗,观察疗效。用免疫组化学方法对膝关节软组织中血管的血管内皮细胞生长因子和增殖性细胞核抗原的表达进行研究。结果水浴和药浴对膝关节病变均有明显的疗效,有效率均为100%,但药浴疗效更显著。用两种方法治疗后,虽然膝关节软组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子和增殖性细胞核抗原表达均明显增强,但药浴后阳性细胞率高于水浴。结论水浴和药浴对骨关节退行性变均有疗效,但药浴疗效更强。两种疗法可能引起相关基因的调节增强。

The experimental study of healing effect with hot water bath and Chinese medicine bath on the osteoarthritis

Objective To study healing effect and their mec hanism of hot water bath and chinese medicine bath for osteoarthritis(OA).Method The rabbit knee joint models of OA were made and treated with hot water bath and chinese medicine bath.The expre ssion of vas-cular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and proliferation cell nuclear anti gen(PCNA)in blood vessel of joint soft tissue was investigated using immunohistochemical technique.Result The healing effect of hot water bath a nd chinese medicine bath was remarkable and the effective rate reached 100%,but chinese medicine b ath was more obvious.Though expression of VEGF and PCNA increased,positive cell rate of chinese medicine bath was higher than that of hot water bath.Conclusion Hot water bath and chinese medicine b ath are effective for OA which may increase the regulation of related g ene and chinese medicine bath has sig nificant advantage.
