| 摘 要： | 脂联素是一种新发现的脂肪细胞因子,研究表明脂联素具有改善糖脂代谢,增加胰岛素敏感性,抗炎,抗纤维化等作用,与非酒精性脂肪肝病密切相关。本文就脂联素在非酒精性脂肪肝发生发展中的作用予以阐述。

| Abstract: | Adiponectin is a new-found adipocytokines.Researchers show that adiponectin serves the purpose of improving glucose and lipid metabolism,increasing insulin sensitivity,anti-inflammatory,anti-fibrosis and so on,correlating closely with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).This paper reviews the role of adiponectin in the initiation and progression of NAFLD. |
