| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨无痛人流手术的临床效果与疗效。方法:选择2009年1月～2009年10月收治于我院的600例临床诊断为早孕者并要求终止妊娠者为研究对象,其中观察组480例患者采用无痛人流手术,对照组120例患者采用普通人流手术,比较两种人流术的临床效果。结果:观察组的镇痛效果以及人流综合征发生情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无痛人流手术可以减轻早孕者的手术疼痛,消除其恐惧心理,降低其术后人流综合征发生率。 |
