Abstract: Now cancer is one of main cause of death for humanity.It is very important to establish core organization for cancer research and control comprehensively to direct the work of that at national level.National Cancer Center of Japan was established in 1962 and now it has developed into an advanced structure for cancer prevention and control in the world.For referring international expericence of organizational construction National Cancer Center of Japan was briefly introduced on background of founding,vision,mission and institutional framework.
