| Abstract: | Based on the comparison with conventional technology of separation and extraction of traditional Chinese medicine,membrane separation technology exhibited outstanding advantage of high efficiency,simple operation,low energy consumption and environmentally-benignancy.The status of ultrafiltration applications in extraction of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed,including extraction of the effective components,preparation of injection,oral liquid and liquid extract,etc.In addition,merits and demerits of the separation technology,and some possible ways to overcome the demerits of membrane separation were discussed.The future study was also pointed out for separation operation. |
