简易腹腔镜阑尾手术悬吊法的临床应用研究

目的介绍一种腹腔镜阑尾切除术中因显露困难而采用的简易的悬吊法。方法 2009年9月至2010年12月对我院6例腹腔镜阑尾切除术中阑尾显露困难患者,术中采用一次性注射器针头带丝线入腹腔悬吊阑尾,术后随访3个月观察效果。结果 6例术中显露困难的腹腔镜阑尾切除术均顺利完成,术中应用一次性注射器针头带丝线入腹腔悬吊阑尾均避免了中转开腹及增加辅助操作戳孔,术后6例患者均获随访,注射器针头穿刺处均无任何瘢痕可见。结论一次性注射器针头带丝线入腹腔悬吊阑尾是一种简易的、安全可靠的悬吊方法,并且有美容效果。

Clinical research and application of suspension method for laparoscopic appendectomy

Objective To introduce a simple suspension method for laparoscopic appendectomy when appendix is difficult to be exposed.Methods Six patients with appendicitis,difficult to expose appendix,were performed laparoscopic appendectomy from October 2009 to December 2010.A silk line by a disposable syringe was used to suspend the appendix in the operation.All patients were followed up for three months to observe the efficacy.Results The operations for all patients went smoothly.The method of using silk line and disposable syringe to suspend appendix effectively avoided traditional open surgery and increase of operative holes.After follow-up for three months,no scar was observed at the puncturing point of disposable syringe.Conclusion The method of using silk line and disposable syringe to suspend appendix is simple,safe,reliable and it has cosmetic effects.
