胃癌C—erbB—2蛋白表达的临床意义

目的：应用免疫组化法检测胃癌Ｃ－ｅｒＢ－２蛋白的表达，以探讨其与胃癌的生物学行为的关系。广泛和外科胃癌手术标本及胃镜下取材示中－－重度异型增生及肠上皮化生标本，经１０％中性福尔马林液固定，石蜡包埋，行５ｍｍ厚连续切片，ＨＥ染色，进行病理学观察和组织学分类，以及Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２免疫组化染色。结果：正常胃粘膜和肠上皮化生者Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阴性。随中－－重度异型增生，早期胃癌、进展期胃癌病变的进展，Ｃ－

Clinical significance of C-erbB-2 protein expression in the patients with gastric carcinoma

Objective:To study the relationship between C erbB 2 protein expression and biological behavior of gastric carcinoma by immunohistochemistry.Methods:The specimens were fixed by 10% formaldehyde solution and embed by paraffin,which came from the gastric carcinoma in surgery and the gastrocope biopsy that showed middle severe abnormal proliferation and intestinal metaplasia.The filleting spacing 5mm of specimens was stained by HE and C erbB 2 immunohistochemistry.Then we carried out pathological observation and histological classification.Result:The expression of C erbB 2 was negative in normal gastric mucosa and intestinal metaplasia.To follow middle severe abnormal proliferation,earlier period and progresional period gastric carcinoma,the rate of C erbB 2 positive expression remarkable increasing.The positive rate of C erbB 2 was increased in undifferentiation carcinoma than that of in differentiation one(P<0.05).The positive rate of C erbB 2 is positive correlation with tissue infiltration depth of carcinoma(P<0.05);The rate of lympha node transfer was remarkable increased in C erbB 2 positive expression of gastric carcinoma than negative one(P<0.05).Conclusion:The above implied that the detect of C erbB 2 may become an index of biological characteristic in gastric carcinoma,and which can value the clinical tendency of progression in gastric carcinoma.It will be profit to reasonable treatment and extending survived period of gastric carcinoma patient.
