中西医结合治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛36例疗效观察

目的：探讨清脑熄风消痛颗粒联合西比灵胶囊治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者（其中脱落8例）随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各36例。治疗组用清脑熄风消痛颗粒配合西比灵胶囊治疗,对照组单用西比灵胶囊。结果：两组患者治疗后,对照组总有效率为86.11%,治疗组为94.44%,两组患者总有效率比较,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分及中医证候积分比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：清脑熄风消痛颗粒联合西比灵胶囊治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛较单用西比灵胶囊有更明显的效果,可降低复发率,减轻毒副作用,值得临床推广。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on 36 Cases of Hyperactivity of Liver Yang treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective.To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of migraine due to hyperactivity of liver yang treated with Qingnao Xifeng Xiaotong Keli in alliance with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. Methods：80 cases（8 of them were lost） were divided into the treatment group （36 cases）and the control group （36 cases）at random. In treatment group, Qingnao Xifeng Xiaotong Keli was administrated in combination with flunarizine hydrochlofide capsules. In control group,flunarizine hydrochloride capsule was applied exclusively. Results：After treatment, the total effective rate was 86. 11% in control group, and 94.44% in treatment group. In comparison, the outcome in treatment group was remarkably superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）. In comparison of clinical symptom scale and Chinese medicine syndrome integral before and after treatment between two groups,the significant difference was presented（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Qingnao Xifeng Xiaotong Keli in alliance with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules achieves much remarkable effect on migraine due to hyperactivity of liver yang comparing with simple treatment with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. The combined therapy reduces recurrent rate and alleviates toxic side effects and is worth to be promoted in clinic.
