| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前路病灶清除并后路椎弓根系统固定治疗多节段胸腰椎结核的临床效果。方法对9例多节段胸腰椎结核患者行前路病灶清除并后路椎弓根系统内固定治疗。结果全部患者随访0.5～4年,切口均Ⅰ期愈合。临床症状消失,血沉恢复正常。植骨融合良好,无钉棒松动、断裂。2例合并不全瘫患者术后12个月神经功能完全恢复。结论对多节段胸腰椎结核行前路病灶清除并后路椎弓根系统固定治疗的临床疗效满意。
