| 摘 要： | 以往反复自然流产的研究主要集中在女方因素，而对夫妻的另一半——男性的研究很少，然而胚胎的一半基因来自男性，近来的研究表明男方遗传因素、精子DNA损伤、抗精子抗体、男性感染因素也会导致胎儿丢失。本文就导致早期反复自然流产的男方因素进行综述。

| Abstract: | The medical evaluation of recurrent spontaneous abortion to date has been focused mainly on the female, with less consideration of the other half of the couple-the male. Yet, the male contributes one-half of the genes for the embryo. Recent literatures demonstrated that the male contributes to pregnancy loss due to male genetic factors, semen factors, antisperm antibody or male infection factors. The paper reviews the current data regarding male factor contributing to early recurrent spontaneous abortion. |
