腺苷脱氨酶测定在胸腔积液鉴别中的应用

目的:探讨腺苷脱氨酶活性测定在胸腔积液鉴别中的应用。方法:对78例结核性胸腔积液和30例恶性胸腔积液标本进行腺苷脱氨酶测定,同时测定血清腺苷脱氨酶活性。结果:腺苷脱氨酶活性,结核性胸腔积液(45.6±11.2)U/L明显高于血清(10.9±2.9)U/L也明显高于恶性胸腔积液(11.1±2.8)U/L,二者比较差别有显著意义(P<0.01)。二者血清腺苷脱氨酶活性差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结核组腺苷脱氨酶活性胸腔积液/血清>1.2,恶性胸腔积液组腺苷脱氨酶活性胸腔积液/血清<1。结论:胸腔积液腺苷脱氨酶活性测定可以做为鉴别结核性恶性胸腔积液的指标,腺苷脱氨酶活性比血清升高1.2倍可以做为诊断结核性胸腔积液的指标。

Value of ADA in Differential Diagnosis of Hydrothorax

Objective To investigate the value of ADA in differential diagnosis of hydrothorax.Methods ADA was examined by enzyme in 78 cases of tuberculous hydrothorax and 30 cases of malignant hydrothorax.Results The activity of ADA in tuberculous hydrothorax was higher than that in serum, and much higher than the activity of ADA in malignant hydrothorax. The comparance of the two groups was significantly different from each other. But the activity of serum did not have significant difference. The ADA’s activity in hydrothorax was more than 1.2 times than that in serum in tuberculous group. The activity of ADA in serum was higher than that in hydrothorax in malignant group.Conclusion The activity of ADA can be used in the differential diagnosis of tuberculous and malignant hydrothorax. When ADA’s activity in hydrothorax was as 1.2 times as that in serum, it can be used to diagnosis tuberculous hydrothorax.
