| 摘 要： | 目的：研究小儿复方木麻黄颗粒体外抑菌作用,为临床用药提供依据。方法：采用纸片琼脂扩散法、平皿稀释法考察小儿复方木麻黄颗粒的抑菌作用。结果：不同浓度的小儿复方木麻黄颗粒对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌均有一定程度的抑制作用,其对上述4种菌的最低抑菌浓度（MIC）依次为：0.0625、0.0313、0.0625、0.0313mg/mL。结论：小儿复方木麻黄颗粒体外具有抗大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the anti-bacterial effects of pediatric compound horsetail beefwood granules in vitro.It can be used for the theoretical basis.Methods:To adopt agar plate diffusion and diluting process to carry on experimental observation of anti-bacterial effects of pediatric compound horsetail beefwood granules in vitro.Results:The thing we used to restrain bacteria has certain inhibition effect against Escherichia coli、Staphylococcus aureus、Shigella dysenteriae、Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and MICs of pediatric compound horsetail beefwood granules on these four kinds of bacteria were 0.062 5,0.031 3,0.062 5,0.031 3 mg/mL.Conclusion:Pediatric compound horsetail beefwood granules have obvious antibacteria action in vitro. |
