摘    要:
对海军某舰的20个部位进行噪声强度测定,并对53名舰员(106耳)进行了听力调查。结果表明,舰上的主机舱、副机舱、尾轴舱和锅炉舱的噪声平均超过90dB(A);其中高频听力损伤的有32名(57耳).发病率为60.3%;机电部门发病率最高达64.5%;高频听力损失中以6000Hz受损最明显.占70.2%,听力曲线呈V字形的最多,占78.9%。造成32名舰员听力受损的主要原因是对噪声的个人防护不够。

Abstract:
The noise levels of 20 cabins and the hearing ability of 53 crewmen (106 ears)were measured. The results showed that the average noise level in main engine, auxiliary engine,countershaft and boiler rooms was over 90 dB(A). Of 53 crewmen, 32 (57 ears, 60.3%) gothypoacousis from high frequency noise. There was the highest incidence of hypoacousis in crewmen of mechanical and electrical department. It was obvious that the incidence of hypoacousiscaused by high frequency (6000 Hz) was 70. 2%. The audiogram mostly presented "V" curve(74. 5%). The main cause of hypoacousis in 32 crewmen was that the individual profective measurement against the vessel noise was improper.
