| 摘 要： | 目的观察骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSC）移植对脑缺血后室管膜下区神经干细胞增殖的影响及Notch1表达的变化。方法用线栓法复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注动物模型，随机分为假手术对照组、单纯脑缺血损伤组和脑缺血后BMSC移植组。采用免疫荧光细胞染色法检测各组缺血侧室管膜下区Nestin、Ki-67及Notch1的表达。结果（1）BMSC移植组缺血侧室管膜下区Nestin和Ki-67阳性细胞数较单纯脑缺血损伤组和假手术对照组明显增高；（2）BMSC移植组缺血侧室管膜下区Notch1的表达明显高于单纯缺血组和假手术对照组。结论BMSC移植可促进脑缺血后室管膜下区神经干细胞增殖，且可能与促进Notch1表达有关。
