美容术后不良重睑的修复

目的归纳总结美容术后不良重睑的类型及产生原因，探索矫正的方法。方法针对不良重睑的类型采用不同的修复方法。基本原则是松解粘连瘢痕，尽可能恢复原有的解剖结构，调整重睑线的弧度，形成新的重睑。结果术后经3个月至5年的随访，多数患者获得了较满意的效果。结论美容术后不良重睑的修复是一个较棘手的手术，所以应尽可能避免首次重睑术造成的不良重睑。

Repair for unsatisfied double eyelid after double eyelid surgery

Objective To sum up the types and causes of unsatisfied double eyelid after double eyelid surgery and explore the corrective methods. Methods The different corrective methods were used for the different types of defects. The principles of the corrective surgery were dissolution of deep fibrotic adhesions and removal of scars, recovery of the original anatomy, reshaping or reformation of the eyelid crease. Results After 3 months-5 years following up postoperatively, most of those who suffered from unsatisfied double eyelid were satisfied with the results after the corrective surgery. Conclusion It is far more important to advoid the complications on first procedure since the corrective surgery is considerably difficult.
