针刺对颅脑损伤患者脑脊液IL-6及IL-8浓度的影响

目的：观察针刺治疗对重度颅脑损伤患者脑脊液中自细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）浓度的影响及作用机制。方法：40例重度颅脑损伤患者按入院顺序随机分为对照纽和针刺组各20例，均按重度颅脑损伤常规处理。针刺组患者伤后第1灭即配合针刺人中、电针内关、涌泉、劳宫等穴。治疗1、2、3、5及7d时采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测2组患者脑脊液中IL-6，ID8的浓度。结果：在伤后1d时2组脑脊液中IL-6，IL-8浓度与正常值比较迅速升高并达到高峰，3d开始逐步下降，7d后轻度上升。针刺组2、3、j及7d时均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺治疗能抑制重度颅脑损伤患者脑脊液中IL-6，IL-8的浓度，从而减轻损伤后炎症反应所致继发性脑损害。

Effects of Acupuncture on IL-6 and IL-8 Levels in Cerebrospinal Fluid of Patients with Craniocerebral Injury

Objective：To investigate the effects of acupuncture on the contents of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and interleu- kin-8 （IL-8） in the cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury （SCCI）. Methods：Forty ca ses of SCCI were randomly divided into the control group （20 cases） treated with conventional western medicine therapy, and the acupuncture treatment group （20 cases） treated by the conventional western medicine therapy combined with acu puncture on Renzhong, Neiguan, Yongquan and Laogong points. The contents of IL-6 and IL-8 in CSF of the patients were determined by enzymeqinked immunosorbent assay （EIASA） on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day after injury. Results：The contents of IL-6, and IL-8 in CSF of control group and acupuncture treatment group were increased on the 1st day after injury and reached the peak, then decreased on the 2nd day, and further declined on the 3rd and 5th day. They were increased again on the 7th day after injury. There were significant differences in IL-6, and IL8 in CSF between con trol group and acupuncture treatment group on the 2nd, 3rd, 5th and Tth day after injury （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The acupuncture may reduce secondary brain injury by reducing the contents of IL-6 and IL-78 in CSF of the patients with SCCI.
