| 摘 要： | 目的 研究不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血浆神经肽Y(NPY)含量的变化,并观察合贝爽(herbesser)对UAP患者神经肽Y(NPY)含量的影响。方法选取不稳定型心绞痛患者42例,治疗前与治疗7天后用放射免疫分析方法测定其血浆NPY浓度水平并进行比较。结果 不稳定型心绞痛患者发作期血浆NPY水平明显高于正常对照者(P<0.01)。1周后应用合贝爽治疗的不稳定型心绞痛组血浆NPY含量较未用合贝爽治疗组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论UAP患者发病时,血浆NPY水平升高,提示NPY可作为观察UAP患者病情变化的一项指标。合贝爽能有效地减轻NPY的缩血管作用,对改善UAP患者心肌供氧有重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of plasma Neuropeptide Y(NPY)concentration in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),recognize their significance and to study the effect of herbesser on the plasma contents of NPY in patients with UAP. Methods 42patients with UAP were devided into 2 groups in random, one was treatment with herbesserithe other was not,before and after 1 week,the plasma NPY concentration and 30 normal controls was determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA). Results NPY levels were significantly increased in patients with UAP compared to normal value (all P<.0. 01). The NPY level of patients without treatment with herbesser is higher than that of treatment (P<0. 05)after 1 week. Conclusion NPY could be an important causes of UAP and herbesser may markedly decreased the level of NPY. |
