微创小切口及腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的研究

目的 探讨小切口与腹腔镜胆囊切除术的适应证、手术方法及临床效果。方法我院收治的需行胆囊切除术的胆囊疾病患者175例,分别按照各自的适应证行腹腔镜手术94例,行小切口手术81例。结果腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术时间、术后肠功能恢复时间和住院天数少于小切口胆囊切除术（P〈0．05）,但是总花费高于行小切口胆囊切除术患者（P〈0．05）。结论根据患者个体情况,制定个性化方法,可取得较好临床效果。

Comparative study on minimally invasive incision cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy
