摘    要:目的探讨在构建图像归档和通讯系统(PACS)中系统构架的设计和实现以及利用PACS实现无胶片化运作的数字化医院.方法PACS系统建设可简单分为规划、实施和运行三个阶段.为了实现医院的无胶片化运作,通过对以下几个方面进行深入的讨论分析:规划阶段的系统结构、配置、功能和接口,实施阶段的工作流程和具体细节以及运行阶段的使用等,进而形成一个行之有效的PACS系统架构.结果基于以上对PACS系统架构的分析,在系统结构上采用前置工作站技术,在功能和接口上符合HL7和DICOM标准接口,在工作流程上遵循IHE体系结构,在运行阶段引入丰富的图像后处理功能,实现了一个有效的PACS系统架构.应用此架构,中山市小榄人民医院实现了彻底的无胶片化运作.结论PACS建设是一项复杂的系统工程,其中PACS系统架构是构建无胶片化运作的数字化医院的关键所在.实际应用结果表明,上述PACS系统架构对实现无胶片化运作的数字化医院是切实可行的.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the design and implementation of system architecture in building PACS and the implementation of the filmless digital hospital using PACS. Methods Building PACS can be simply divided into three phases: design, implementation and operation. To turn a hospital without film into reality, an effective system architecture was introduced by detailed analyzing the following contents: system structure, configuration, function and interface in the design phase, workflow in the implementation phase and usage in the operation phase. Results Based on the above analyse of PACS system architecture, an effective system architecture was implemented by using pre-workstation in the system structure, following the HL7 and DICOM standard in the functions and interfaces, complying with the IHE framework in the workflow, and introducing abundant image processing function in the operation phase. Following the PACS system architecture, the Xiaolan People's Hospital of Zhongshan succeeds in implementing a wholly filmless digital hospital. Conclusion Building PACS is a sophisticated system project, and the key of implementing a filmless digital hospital is the PACS system architecture. According to the practical results, the abovementioned PACS system architecture is feasible for implementing a filmless digital hospital.
