| 摘 要： | 目的通过手术室护理安全文化建设，提高护理人员安全意识，减少护理缺陷的发生。方法转变观念，进行安全培训，完善护理安全预防机制；改进工作流程，建立明确、醒目的标识：结果降低了护理缺陷的发生，提高了护理质量。结论护理安全文化建设有助于减少护理缺陷，提高护理质量。
