胃肠粘膜屏障功能修复在烧伤治疗中的地位

目的：阐明胃肠膜粘膜屏屏障功能损害与修复在烧伤治疗中的意义。方法：综合有关文献和临床体会，分别从胃肠粘膜屏障构成，胃肠粘膜屏障损害的发生原因、胃肠粘膜屏障的修复以及几各才的的修复作用等四个方面进行表述。结果：完整的胃肠粘膜屏障应包括胃肠道解剖结构，正常的生物菌群和健全的免疫功能，一方受到损害，胃肠屏障即不存在，直接后果是肠源性染和多脏器功能不全综合征的发生，烧伤旋即进入持续性危重状态。结论：严重

Clinical Significance of the Restoration of Gastrointestinal Mcous Membrane Barrier Function in Burn Treatment

This paper elucidates the significance of the restoration of the impaired gastroin-testinal mucous membrane barrier function in burn treatment, in the respects of the structure of gastrointestinal mucous membrane barrier, the causes of gastrointestinal mucous membrane barrier function impairment, the restoration of gastrointestinal mucous membrane barrier function and the restoration effect of some specific nutrients and drugs. Intact gastroiritestinal mucous membrane barrier consists of intact anatomical structure of gastrointestiria1 tract, normal flora and perfect immunologicfunction. When any impairmerit occurs, the barrier cari rio longer exist and may result in eriterogenousinfection and multiple system organ failure and the burn patient may be in a serious state. So after severe burn, immediate measures should be taken to protect and restore gastrointestinal mucous membrane barrier function, including correction of latent compensatory shock, anti-reperfusion and oxy-gen free radical therapy and early nutrition support. Some specific nutrients and drugs such as glu-tamine, Rheum officinale, Moist Exposed Burn Ointment and essential nutrients for intestine can havevery good effect on the restoration of impaired gastrointestinal mucous membrane barrier function.
