摘    要:目的:探讨三磷酸腺苷(ATP)对细菌内毒素(LPS)引起的大鼠耳蜗诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)表达的影响及其对耳蜗损伤的保护作用.方法:通过向大鼠鼓室内注射LPS造成急性中耳炎的动物模型,应用免疫组化方法,结合听性脑干反应(ABR)阚值检测,研究ATP对LPS引起的大鼠耳蜗iNOS活性的影响.结果:ATP对LPS引起的大鼠耳蜗iNOS表达和ABR阈移有明显的抑制作用.结论:ATP对LPS引起的大鼠耳蜗损伤有保护作用,这种保护作用可能与降低耳蜗iNOS活性有关.

Abstract:Objective: To study the protective effect of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) on hearing loss caused by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and the effect of ATP on the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) of cochlear. Methods: The animal model of acute otitis media was prepared by injecting LPS into the middle ear transtympanically. Immunohisto-chemistry method was used to detect iNOS. Auditory brainstem response (ABR) threshold was also measured. Results: The ATP decreased the enhancing of ABR threshold and the activity increasing of iNOS caused by LPS. Conclusion: The ATP could resist the injury of cochlear caused by LPS,and this effect may be involved in the decreasing of iNOS activity.
