摘    要:本实验采用RAPD 技术对我国湖北谷城和四川乐山两个地区马来丝虫的基因组DNA 进行随机扩增,结果得到15 个多态片段,其中两个地区丝虫既有相同的条带,又存在差异性条带。这说明两个地区的马来丝虫在基因结构上既有同源性,又存在差异。因而,从分子水平上进一步证实了我国马来丝虫似有种内分化的趋向。

Abstract:In order to explore whether the parasites of Brugia malayi(B.m.) from Gucheng in Hubei(H) and Leshan in Sichuan(S) have differentiation or not at gene level, we used the technique of random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) to amplify their genomic DNA. As a result, 15 fragments(50-1 000 bp) were obtained i.e. 9 bands(a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i) from H area and 6 bands(a,c,d,e,f,g) from S area. Comparison of these bands showed that the parasites of B.m. from two endemic areas had homology, while they also had differences.
