摘 要: | 目的:研究进展期胃癌中胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)表达与癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及肿瘤内微血管密度(MVD)的关系,以及与5-氟脲嘧啶化疗患者预后的关系。方法:对60例进展期胃癌标本(患者术后均经过常规的以5-FU为主的化疗)及30例正常胃粘膜组织进行免疫组化染色SP法测定TP的表达情况;通过CD 31免疫组化染色检测癌组织中MVD。结果:胃癌细胞的TP表达阳性率明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.05);TP阳性组中MVD明显高于TP阴性组(P<0.01);TP阳性组中局部淋巴结转移率高于TP阴性组(P<0.05);胃癌中高、中、低分化的癌组织之间的TP阳性率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:胃癌中TP的表达与胃癌的血管生成、淋巴结转移及胃癌患者的预后关系密切,与胃癌的分化程度无关。

Relationship between the expression of thymidine phosphorylase and angiogensis in advanced gastric carcinoma |

Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship of the expression of thymidine phosphorylase(TP) with the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,intratumoral microvessel density(MVD) and prognosis with post-operative adjuvant chemotherapy with 5-FU of advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods: The expression of TP in 60 cases with advanced gastric carcinoma(all underwent post-operative adjuvant chemotherapy with 5-FU) and 30 cases with normal gastric mucosa was measured by method of SP of immunohistochemistry.And intratumoral microvessel density(MVD) was immunohistochemically detected using the method of SP of anti-CD31 monoclonal antibody.Results: The level of TP of cancer cells was significantly higher than that of normal gastric epithelial cells(P<0.05).In addition, MVD of the TP-positive group was greatly more than that of TP-negative group(P<0.01).The frequency of lymph node metastasis of TP-positive group was also significantly higher than that in TP-negative group(P<0.05).There was no difference among the level of TP in high-differentiated,middle-differentiated and poor-differentiated gastric carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion: The expression of TP in advanced gastric carcinoma is closely correlated with angiogensis,lymph node metastasis and its prognosis,but is irrelevant to its differentiation. |
