三级视功能训练教程在弱视治疗的应用

目的 探讨三级视功能训练教程在弱视治疗中的作用.方法 采用三级视功能训练教程对经过综合疗法后双眼矫正视力≥10.5的106例双眼视功能异常的弱视患儿进行训练,观察训练前后的疗效、检测立体视功能的变化.结果 经三级视功能训练教程训练后,弱视患儿的基本痊愈率、立体视锐度、交叉视差和非交叉视差的正常率、双眼总和PVEP反应结果均明显提高,与训练前差异有统计学意义.结论 三级视功能训练教程既可以增进视力,巩固疗效,又可促使双眼视功能的提高,最终建立和巩固正常的立体视功能.

The use of the three level binocular single vision training course in the treatment of amblyopia

Objective To evaluate the function of the three level binocular single vision training course in the treatment ofamblyopia.Methods Amblyopic children whose visual acuities reached 0.5 or over after treated by synthetic therapy carried on the three level binocular single vision training course.We observed the change of the therapeutic effects and the stereoacuity before and after training.Results After the three lev-el binocular single vision training course, the basic recovery rate, the stereoacuity normal rate, the crossed dis-parity normal rate,the uncrossed disparity normal rate and the binocular summation VEP of the amblyopic chil-dren improved obviously.Compared with before training,there are significantly different.Conclusion The three level binocular single vision training course is useful to improve vision,to strengthen curative effect and finally to establish and strengthen normal stereopsis.
