低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死64例临床分析

目的探讨低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死的疗效与安全性。方法124例急性脑梗死患者,分为两组,治疗组64例,对照组60例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用低分子肝素皮下注射0.4ml,每日2次。对照组仅行常规治疗。两组疗程均为2周。治疗前后监测血小板、凝血酶原时间(PT),激活部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、观察出血性不良事件的发生。结果治疗组神经功能缺损评分显著降低,有效率达89%,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后血小板、PT、APTT、出血性事件无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论应用低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死安全、有效。

Clinical Analysis of Low Molecular Heparin in Treatment on 64 Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of low molecular heparin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 124 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly, 64 for treatment group, 60 for control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. the treatment group was treated with low molecular heparin 0.4 ml, twice daily subcutaneously for two weeks. The blood platelet, prothrombin time (PT) , activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), bleeding episodes were observed. Results The neurologic impairment score in the treatment group was decreased evidently, the effective rate was 89%,there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in blood platelet, PT, APTT, bleeding episodes in two groups after treatment(P> 0.05). Conclusion Low molecular heparin is effective and safety in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
