摘    要:
目的 通过对当归根提取物 ( 42 5 )与心得安降低血吸虫性肝纤维化门脉高压症 ( PHT)的门脉压力 ( PVP)作用的对比分析 ,进一步研究“42 5”降 PVP效果。 方法 用日本大耳白兔感染血吸虫后形成血吸虫性肝纤维化 PHT模型 ,分期测定单用“42 5”或心得安处理组与对照组的血常规、肝功能及血流动力学指标 ,对比分析其疗效。 结果 两处理组 PVP显著低于对照组 ,两处理组间无差异 ;在 12 wk 、 的 WBC和 Pt值均显著高于对照组 ;心得安处理组于处理后6wk时 Alb值显著低于处理前 ;“42 5”处理组 Glo值显著高于处理前。 结论 “42 5”具有与心得安同样的降低 PVP作用 ,长期使用对肝脏蛋白质代谢也无其它不良影响。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of decreasing portal vein pressure (PVP) of schistosomal liver fibrosis by "425"compared with propranolol. Methods Rabbits infected with S.japonicum were formed as PHT model of schistosomal liver fibrosis. Blood routine examination, liver function test and blood dynamics were detected periodically for 2 treated groups ("425"group and propranolol group) and control group respectively. Result PVP of 2 treated groups are significantly lower than control group, and there is no significant difference between 2 treated groups. Values of WBC and Pt from 2 treated groups are significantly higher than control group in 12 wk. Values of Alb in propranolol group is lower than that treated before in 6 wk, and in "425" group, the Glo is significantly higher than that treated before. Conclusion "425" can decrease PVP the same as the effects of propranolol, and there is no negative effect on protein metabolism of liver for long-term use.
