| 摘 要： | 目的 研究细胞周期时相对肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）诱导Hela细胞凋亡的影响。方法 应用胸腺嘧啶核苷（TdR）双阻断法将培养的Hela细胞同步化，采用MTT法、流式细胞术和荧光染色，分析同步化的Hela细胞和正常培养的Hela细胞对TNF（加放线菌酮增效）诱导凋亡的敏感性。结果 同步化Hela细胞较正常培养的Hela细胞对TNF诱导调亡的敏感性增强。结论 TNF诱导Hela细胞凋亡与细胞周期有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study effect of cell cycle phase in Hela cells on apoptosis induced by tumor necrosis factor.Methods Hela cells was arrested by cell cycle blocking drug TdR and synchronous Hela cells were prepared.Both synchronous Hela cells and normal cultured Hela cells were treated with tumor necrosis factor.Cell apoptosis was evaluated by MTT assay,flow cytometry and fluorescent staining.Results Synchronous Hela cells became increasing sensitive to TNF induced apoptosis.Conclusion It suggested that the apoptosis of Hela cells induced by tumor necrosis factor may be related to phase in cell cycle. |
