尼莫地平和氯胺酮对兔全脑缺血再灌注代谢的影响

摘    要:
目的 观察尼莫地平和氯胺酮对兔全脑缺血再灌注代谢的影响。方法 制作兔全脑缺血再灌注模型,随机分对照、缺血、尼莫地平和氯胺酮组。结果 各组缺血再灌注后血乳酸均高于术前(P<0.05)。缺血组和尼莫地平组再灌注后乳酸和动静脉氧压差(AVDO2)高于对照组和氯胺酮组(P<0.05)。尼莫地平有使血压降低、心率减慢的副作用。结论 缺血再灌注兔24h内乳酸堆积,AVDO2增大。氯胺酮可降低血乳酸和AV-DO2。本组剂量的尼莫地平未能改善代谢可能与其心血管抑制有关。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of nimodipin and ketamine on metabolism in rabbits with global ischemic-reperfu-sion. Methods Global cerebral ischemic-reperfusion models were established by clamping the bilateral carotid arteries and vertebral arteries for 30 minutes. They were randomly divided into four groups: control group, ischemic group, nimodipin group, and ketamine group. Results The plasma lactic acids in four groups were significantly increased during the 24 hours of ischemic-reperfusion than pre-operating (P<0.05), The plasma lactic acids were higher , and arteriovenous oxygen differences (AVDO2) were more wider in both ischemic and nimodipin group than controls and ketamine group during the 24 hours of reperfusion(P<0.05). Mean blood pressure and heart rate fell after nimodipin was given (P<0.05). Conclusions It is suggested that ischemic rabbits with cerebral ischemic-reperfusion may be in a state of high plasma lactic acid and wide AVDO2 in 24 hours, which can be lowered by ketamine. That nimodipin didn't improve the metabolism of the rabbits may be associated with its effects on restraining the functions of cardiovascular system.
