摘    要:动脉粥样硬化的非随机分布与局部的血流动力环境有关,而内皮细胞增殖引起的内皮层失稳与动脉粥样硬化早期发生过程有关。本文比较了不同大小的切应力对内皮细胞增殖的影响,发现切应力抑制细胞增殖并与切应力大小相关。同时构建了平行板式突然扩张流槽,探讨流型改变对细胞增殖的影响,发现扩张效应和流线偏转效应使得这种剪切抑制作用被减弱。

Abstract:The non-random distribution of atherosclerosis was related to local hemodynamic environment. The stabilization of endothelium was important in this process. We studied the effect of magnitude of shear stress on proliferation of endothelial cells. It was shown the proliferation of endothelial cells was inhibited by shear stress, and was related to the magnitude of shear stress. A parallel plate sudden-expansion flow chamber was constructed, and the effect of flow pattern was also studied. It was shown the inhibition effect produced by shear stress was decreased in this chamber.
